Delivery Service:
●Our order cut-off time is 5pm everyday. If you submit your order before 5pm, the earliest delivery time will be on the next day after 6pm.

●Second Delivery Slot: 12noon to 8pm
●Third Delivery Slot: 6pm to 10pm
●No selection on the delivery timeslot can be provided for the areas below.

Terms and Conditions:
●Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories commercial and residential addresses only.
●Delivery is not available to outlying islands, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, airport or marinas.
●Delivery service to Ma Wan is limited to 10:00am to 4:00pm due to restricted access after 4:00pm.
●Delivery service is only available to addresses where lift service is available. In the occassion of a lift breakdown, a second delivery will be arranged.
●Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this occasion, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.
●An additional delivery fee will be charged if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
●It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Pegasus-Wine.com immediately of any change to their delivery address.
